I have a new baby and it’s name is Pete!
Pete is a 6’8” surf board shaped by Peter Lawson, who lives in Durban, SA. I first saw the board on my inaugural trip into Lifestyle Surf Shop and visited it almost every day since then. It is mostly white with a cool blue graphic near the tail. I’ve also added a sick tail pad and a beauty of a leash. Basically, the whole kit is my most prized possession, especially since my snowboard gear got stolen a week before leaving home. Haven’t surfed it yet and although I would very much like to cuddle it while I sleep, I am terrified of dinging it so it’s safe and sound in one of the spare beds in our room.
